New Group Classes for 2009

The Rider Core stability classes at Crathes Hall will continue on Monday nights from January 12th.

Pre-booking is essential – priority given to current class members. to book.


From February 6th there will be a 1030am – 1130am core stability class for runners, riders & cyclists PLUS

there will also be an 1145 -1245 pilates infused YOGA class for the non-bendy athlete (not suitable for the advanced yoga enthusiasts – aimed at those who feel less than supple (!) and want to learn stabilised active stretching techniques – or how to practise Hatha Yoga safely and effectively.  Also much fun.

From February I will be offering a 2 hour core stability home workout workshop one wednesday a month at Crathes Hall.  The workshop will cover the basics of Kidd Core Stability Connection and a workout to do at home AND the pilates soft ball to work out with.  Aimed at those of you too far away to travel weekly.
